THE OLD WORKSHOP
Northamptonshire
Design & Build
We have been working with an Estate in Northamptonshire to diversify the farm and increase revenue, we designed & built this conversion of the former workshop into a superb two bedroom cottage. Super insulated and running on air-source heat pump this is a very efficient building.

Currently working on Q-Planning applications on two barn conversions for the client, one of which will go live on-site in 2024.
CONTEMPORARY EXTENSION

A re-modelling of a late-Victorian country cottage into a large family home with a large contemporary extension.
​
This Leamington house extension, was designed in-house by Roebuck, the rear extension's striking roof structure references agricultural building structures with exposed steel and oak purlins, but realised in a sleek, modern form. Large expanses of glass give far reaching view of the Warwickshire countryside.

Complete transformation of an early-Victorian terrace within the Leamington Spa conservation area, including a large open plan basement housing kitchen, dining, utility and study.

Complete renovation of a Victorian villa including rear extension.

We also converted the basement into a separate self-contained basement annex providing a very attractive return on investemt for our client.

A complete transformation of a run-down Grade II listed townhouse in the centre of Warwick.
Working closely with the local planning and conservation team, Roebuck significantly altered the ground floor layout.
Sympathetic removal of several internal walls resulting in a large, open-plan kitchen / dining room whilst retaining all the character of this historic building.

Build only
A Grade II* listed house and gardens in the Cotswolds underwent a full strip-back and refurbishment, carefully recreating missing details in cornices to a new Spa Building with gym, pool, steam sauna, jacuzzi and relaxation area.

Refurbishment of two cottages and the walled garden completed during the two year project. We are still in contact with this client and discussing upcoming work currently.
